Local orders – Singapore

Singapore based customers have two choices for payment - Online via Paypal or Offile via cheque/cash
  • COTTON HOUSE accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal, your secure online payment system. Please see our security and privacy section below for details on credit card security.
  • Offline Payment (Singapore customers only) – For those customers who prefer off line payment there is the option of paying by local cheque.
  • At checkout choose this option and an e-mail will be generated and sent to COTTON HOUSE. We will then get in touch with you to confirm your order and the payee details. Your order will then be dispatched once the cheque is received and cleared.

International Orders

International orders (all countries other than Singapore)
  • COTTON HOUSE accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal, your secure online payment system. Please see our security and privacy section below for details on credit card security.
    Currency Conversion
  • Our website operates in one currency, the Singapore Dollar. For credit card payments currency conversions will be done at your banks rate on the day of purchase.
  • Currency rates can fluctuate every day. By placing your order you are accepting that the conversion rate will be applied by bank on the day of the transaction.

Receipt

  • At the end of the on line payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt as soon as your order has been finalised.
  • If you choose to pay by cheque (Singapore based customers only) we will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been finalized. We will then send you an invoice with your delivery. Please retain this for your records.

Security & Privacy

  • Any personal details submitted to the COTTON HOUSE website will not be used for any purpose other than your order.
  • With regard to your credit card information we ensure your details are treated with the highest confidentiality by using PayPal, your online payment system.
