Returns & Exchanges

At COTTON HOUSE we make all our garments and accessories with a high level of quality, and a lot of love and pride. However, you are not happy with the finished garment or accessory, we offer a no quibbles return policy. If you want to return anything for any reason whatsoever, we are happy to offer either an exchange or a full refund, provided - if the garment is undamaged - it is returned in its original, saleable condition. We want to make sure you are completely happy with the product.

An Exchange or Refund is not possible when:

  • the item has been worn or washed
  • garment has been deliberately damaged
  • the care instructions of the garment have been incorrectly followed you have not followed the Method for Returns detailed below

Please also note, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on sale items. We offer only an exchange.

Method for Returns

If you wish to return your goods firstly please contact us via email info@cottonhouse.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your COTTON HOUSE delivery. Once we have replied and acknowledged then please send the goods back to us at the address and within time frame shown below, and upon receipt of your goods we will replace or refund your order.

Within Singapore, goods need to be returned to COTTON HOUSE within 30 days of the date on your receipt or invoice. Please include the proof of purchase with your return.

For International orders, the post may take a little longer to get to us, so goods need to be returned to COTTON HOUSE within 2 months of the of the date on your receipt or invoice. Please include the proof of purchase with your return
