Delivery Fees

Our aim is to send your COTTON HOUSE garments to you within 24 hours of receiving your order and your payment being cleared. COTTON HOUSE gladly accepts orders from all around the globe.

Singapore

We will dispatch your order via registered Singapore Post. For simplicity, we have decided to use a flat rate fee across Singapore, that doesn’t depend on the number of items ordered.
A charge of S$5 will be applied for postage and packing for all parcels delivered within Singapore.

International Orders

We offer you the chance to use Standard registered mail, or an Express Delivery service.

(i) International Standard

  • 1 garment $8

  • 2 garments $15

  • 3 garments $20

  • 4 garments $28

  • 5 garments $36

  • 6 - 10 garments $40

  • Over 10 garments we will email you to let you know delivery costs.

(ii) Express Delivery

  • For urgent orders please tick the ‘Express Delivery’ box at checkout. We will send your order via ‘Speedpost Worldwide Courier’. The international shipment and handling charges are calculated by region and weight. Our system will calculate these costs for you at the checkout and add them to your order.

Timing of Orders

Local orders (Singapore)

Once dispatched a local order will usually arrive within 1-2 working days.

International Standard Delivery order

These are the delivery times suggested by Singapore Post and should be used as a guide only.
We cannot guarantee the delivery time once your order is dispatched, as this is beyond our control and items may be held up at Customs in the destination country. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order please contact us and we will endeavour to trace it for you.
